Upcoming Theatre Event - ZANNA DON'T

Wanna catch a Show?  Attic Theatre presents "Zanna Don't" in Calgary,

ABOUT THE SHOW:

All is well in Heartsville, the quarterback of the football team is starring in the school musical, everyone is excited about Mike's chess match until...(gasp)...a guy and a girl realize they have feelings for each other!

Zanna, the school's magical matchmaker, takes it upon himself to help, but all does not go exactly to plan.

"Zanna is a crowd favorite because the musical named for him makes you want to believe. Few shows have the appeal of 'Zanna, Don't!'" - BRUCE WEBER in THE NEW YORK TIMES

Playing June 11-20, 2010

At: The Studio at Vertigo Theatre Centre

Congratulations to L. Palmer - who's name was drawn from all respondents.
L. Palmer has won $400 worth of Visa Gift Cards.

Phase 2 - Possibilities

The initial response to our web survey has been very favourable.  The research consultants consider the results excellent.  Going forward, over the next few months we will be conducting more focused surveys via email to target those who are seriously interested; and conducting focus groups to find out what direction you want us to go: be it focused specifically only on seniors, 40+, or open to all ages.

Possible Directions:

We know that start a development from raw land would mean an initial investment of $6.6 million, adding an additional $200,000 to $300,000 base cost for each unit to be bu

Mid-March 2010 Update

Exciting things are happening that we can't wait to share - all will be revealed at the tentatively scheduled April 15th Information Session.
Sorry for the delay in hosting the session - new and vital information continues to come our way that we want to incorporate into our presentation - hence the delays.
We've hit the 150 mark on the Survey!  Great data collected.  Thank you to everyone that completed the survey - we have a really good idea of what you want.  We are already working on the next step ...
1 more month to get family/friends/allies to fill out the survey.  This is vital data that we need so that we can go from seeing if people are interested to actually working on the reality of a glbt community housing project.
If there are any upcoming events that you would like us to speak at - please contact us at info@glbthousing.ca
We'll leave you with a taste of the survey data ... the vast majority of people want a pet friendly community.  We sure love our animals!
